Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - liver paste
- 3/4 cups - vinegar
- 2 1/2 cups - water
- 1/3 cups - breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cups - sugar
- 1 pinchs - kasubha
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 3/4 teaspoons - ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons - cooking oil
- 1 heads - garlic
- 6 pieces - sibuyas Tagalog
Directions:
Mix the liver paste, vinegar, water, breadcrumbs, sugar, kasubha, salt and pepper in a bowl. Blend well and set aside.
Saute garlic in cooking oil until brown. Remove from oil and set aside. Leave half of the garlic in the pan and add the onions. Stir-fry until translucent. Add the liver paste mixture and let it simmer without stirring. Do not cover the saucepan. Cook until it thickens slightly.
Serve and top with the crisp brown garlic.
