The Reduced-fat version: Instead of the regular cream cheese, substitute 4-oz. reduced-fat cream cheese and 4 oz. fat-free cream cheese, both softened. Instead of mayo, use 1 T light mayo. Include 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic, 1/4 tsp. onion powder and 1/4 tsp. ground celery seed instead of Seasoned salt. Substitute 1 C grated reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese for regular Monterey Jack. Reduce amount of olives to 1/3 C.

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces - Cream cheese Softened
- 2 tablespoons - Mayonnaise (real mayo)
- 1/4 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - Seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoons - Lemon pepper
- 1 pounds - Shrimp Boiled & peeled
- 1 jars - 8-oz. Cocktail sauce
- 1/2 pounds - Monterey Jack cheese Shredded
- 3 whole - Green onions Chopped
- 1/2 cups - Green bell pepper Chopped
- 1/2 cups - Sliced ripe olives
- - Salted crackers
Directions:
1. Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Add the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, seasoned salt and lemon pepper.
2. Spead the mixture evenly in a circle on a large, round serving plate.
3. Chop half of the shrimp. Layer the rest of the ingredients on top of the cream cheese as follows: cocktail sauce, chopped shrimp, cheese, green onions, green bell peppers and olives. u the whole shrimp over the top.
4. Serve with crackers.
