Layered Mexican Dip

  1. 2 cans - refried beans
  2. 4 - avocados, very ripe
  3. 1 pints - sour cream
  4. 1 envelopes - taco seasoning mix
  5. 1 cans - black olives, chopped
  6. - green onion chopped, for topping
  7. - tomatoes diced small, for topping
  8. - grated cheddar cheese for topping


In a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread beans.

In a separate bowl, mash avocados with a pinch of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over beans.

In separate bowl, mix taco seasoning and sour cream; spread over avocados.

Top with olives, chopped green onion, tomatoes and shredded cheese.

Serve with raw veggies or homemade tortillas using organic corn sprouted tortillas.
