Layered Ham and Pea Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - lettuce shredded
  2. 1/2 cups - carrots grated or shredded
  3. 1/2 cups - frozen sweet peas
  4. 1/2 cups - mandarin oranges
  5. 3/4 cups - cooked lean ham diced
  6. 1/4 cups - reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
  7. 1/4 cups - fat free plain yogurt
  8. 2 1/2 tablespoons - fat-free sour cream
  9. 1/8 teaspoons - dried basil

Directions:

1. Rinse lettuce thoroughly with cool running water.
2. In a clear bowl layer lettuce, carrots, peas, madarin oranges, ham, and cheese.
3. Prepare dressing by stirring together yogurt, sour cream, and basil.
4. Pour over top layer of salad.
5. Serve immediately.
