If desired, assemble ahead of time and let sit in refrigerator several hours before baking to allow flavors to blend. Bring to room temperature before baking.

Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - ground beef
- 40 ounces - spaghetti sauce or more or less, to taste
- 1/2 cups - cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cups - cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cups - sour cream
- 2 whole - eggs
- 9 whole - lasagna noodles oven-ready
- 1/2 cups - sliced pepperoni
- 4 cups - mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cups - parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cups - black olives sliced
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; season with salt, pepper, onion or garlic powder and Italian seasoning (to taste). Stirin spaghetti sauce and chopped olives. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs, stirring well.
3. Lightly butter a 12" or 13" baking pan. Layer ingredients as follows: 1/3 meat mixture, 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of cheese mixture, 1/3 of mozzarella, and 1/2 of pepperoni, then repeat, topping off with last of meat mixture followed by last 1/3 of mozzarella and the parmesan cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
