Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 1/2 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
  3. 2 tablespoons - Ginger
  4. 1 tablespoons - Garlic
  5. 1/2 pieces - Onion Chopped
  6. 1/2 pieces - Tomato Chopped
  7. 2 teaspoons - Green Chillies Chopped
  8. pinchs - Turmeric Powder
  9. 2 cups - Chana Dal Boiled and crushed
  10. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  11. 1 tablespoons - Coriander
  12. - Water As Required
  13. 1 cups - Spinach Puree
  14. 1 tablespoons - Sugar
  15. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  16. - Salt To Taste
  17. 1 cups - Wheat Flour
  18. 1 teaspoons - Carom Seeds
  19. - Salt To Taste
  20. pinchs - Turmeric Powder
  21. 1/2 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  22. 1/2 teaspoons - Oil
  23. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  24. 1 tablespoons - Garlic
  25. 2 pieces - Dry Red Chilies
  26. 1 teaspoons - Chilli Powder
  27. - Coriander

Directions:

For Dal
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, ginger and garlic.
Add onion, tomatoes, green chilies and turmeric and mix.
Now add dal, coriander powder, coriander and water and boil.

For Dhokli
Take Wheat flour in a bowl. Combine everything and make a soft dough.
Make a roti and cut in a desired shape.

Mix dhokli in dal and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Now add spinach puree, water, sugar, garam masala and salt and cook properly.

For tempering
In a tempering pan, heat oil and add the ingredients.
Add tempering to dal dhokli and garnish with coriander.
Serve Hot.
