Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Oil
  2. 1/2 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
  3. pinchs - Asafoetida
  4. 1/4 cups - Garlic Chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons - Green Chilies Chopped
  6. 1/4 cups - Green Garlic Chopped
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
  8. 1 1/2 cups - Spinach Chopped
  9. 1/2 pieces - Tomato Chopped
  10. - Water As Required
  11. 2 teaspoons - Mint Chopped
  12. 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
  13. - Salt To Taste
  14. 3 tablespoons - Coriander Chopped
  15. 1 cups - Cooked Rice
  16. 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  17. - Mint To Garnish
  18. - Curd To Serve

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and Garlic and mix together.
Add green chili, green garlic, turmeric, spinach, tomato and water and cook together.
Now add mint, coriander powder, salt and coriander and cook.
Keep aside 2 tablespoon of the mixture.

Now add rice and cook. At last add lemon juice and prepare the rice.

Serve rice and garnish with the kept aside mixture, garnish and serve with curd.
