Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons - Oil
- 1/2 tablespoons - Cumin Seeds
- pinchs - Asafoetida
- 1/4 cups - Garlic Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Green Chilies Chopped
- 1/4 cups - Green Garlic Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 cups - Spinach Chopped
- 1/2 pieces - Tomato Chopped
- - Water As Required
- 2 teaspoons - Mint Chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Coriander Powder
- - Salt To Taste
- 3 tablespoons - Coriander Chopped
- 1 cups - Cooked Rice
- 1 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
- - Mint To Garnish
- - Curd To Serve
Directions:
Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and Garlic and mix together.
Add green chili, green garlic, turmeric, spinach, tomato and water and cook together.
Now add mint, coriander powder, salt and coriander and cook.
Keep aside 2 tablespoon of the mixture.
Now add rice and cook. At last add lemon juice and prepare the rice.
Serve rice and garnish with the kept aside mixture, garnish and serve with curd.
