Kung Pao Beef

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  2. 2 tablespoons - cornstarch
  3. 1 teaspoons - crushed red pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - ground ginger
  5. 2 pounds - flank steak thinly sliced
  6. 1 tablespoons - vegetable oil or grapeseed oil
  7. 2/3 cups - salted peanuts
  8. 4 - scallions (green onions) thinly sliced
  9. - cooked brown rice for serving with

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, crushed red pepper, and ginger. Add steak and toss to coat.

In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over high heat. Add steak mixture and cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until steak is cooked through, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle with peanuts and scallions, and serve over rice.
