Ingredients:
- 1 pounds - rib beef
- 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons - cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 tablespoons - honey
- 1 tablespoons - sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons - finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
- 1 pounds - rib beef
- 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons - cooking wine
- 2 tablespoons - sugar
- 1 tablespoons - honey
- 1 tablespoons - sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons - finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
Directions:
If you go to store and ask to cut the rib "Korean style", they will prepare the rib for you.
Combine sauce ingredients; marinate rib beef for at least 30 minutes or up to 5-6 hours and then barbecue it.
