Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - rib beef
  2. 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
  3. 2 tablespoons - cooking wine
  4. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  5. 1 tablespoons - honey
  6. 1 tablespoons - sesame oil
  7. 1 tablespoons - finely chopped garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
  9. 1 pounds - rib beef
  10. 3 tablespoons - soy sauce
  11. 2 tablespoons - cooking wine
  12. 2 tablespoons - sugar
  13. 1 tablespoons - honey
  14. 1 tablespoons - sesame oil
  15. 1 tablespoons - finely chopped garlic
  16. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper

Directions:

If you go to store and ask to cut the rib "Korean style", they will prepare the rib for you.

Combine sauce ingredients; marinate rib beef for at least 30 minutes or up to 5-6 hours and then barbecue it.
