Ingredients:

  1. 1 sticks - Butter
  2. 1/2 cups - Flour
  3. pinchs - Salt
  4. 1 quarts - Whole milk
  5. 1/4 cups - Sugar
  6. - Cinnamon sugar

Directions:

In 1st pan: melt butter. Add flour and a pinch of salt.

In 2nd pan: heat milk.
When milk is hot, add it slowly to 1st pan, stirring constantly, as if making white sauce.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn and add 1/4 c sugar.
Serve in bowl with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
