Ingredients:
- 1/4 pounds - Genoa salami sliced thick
- 1/4 pounds - cooked ham sliced thick
- 1/4 pounds - provolone cheese slices
- 15 - cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 - peppercini peppers
- 1 - red onion sliced thin
- 16 ounces - mushrooms sliced
- 8 ounces - Italian salad dressing fat-free
- 3 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
- 15 ounces - black olives drained (optional)
- 1 jars - green olives drained (optional)
Directions:
Cut the meat and cheese into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients into a gallon size ziplock bag.
Toss to coat and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour; but if you have time, let it marinate overnight.
Periodically toss to distribute the dressing evenly. Serve alone or on a bed of greens.
