Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - frozen mixed vegetables or your choice of vegethables
  2. 6 ounces - tomato paste
  3. 1 - onion, chopped
  4. 3 - potatoes, diced
  5. 1 1/4 pounds - kielbasa, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
  6. 4 quarts - water
  7. - fresh parsley

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except parsley in large slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on low 12 hours.
Garnish individual servings with parsley.
