Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons - Sabudana Soaked
  2. 1 1/2 cups - Water
  3. 1 tablespoons - Green Chili
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Cumin Seeds
  5. - Salt To Taste
  6. pinchs - Baking Soda
  7. 1/2 cups - Rice Flour
  8. 1 teaspoons - Oil
  9. 1 tablespoons - Sesame Seeds
  10. 1 tablespoons - Garlic Grated
  11. 1 tablespoons - Methiyo Masala
  12. 1/2 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - Garam Masala
  14. - Water As Required
  15. - Salt To Taste
  16. - Cheese
  17. - Coriander
  18. - Capsicum
  19. - Onion
  20. - Tomato
  21. - Oil

Directions:

In a sauce pan, take water, sabudana, green chili paste and cumin powder and cook for 1 minute til boils.
Now add salt, soda and rice flour gradually and mix.
Now cook for 10 to 15 minutes with closed lid.

Heat oil in a pan and add sesame seeds and garlic.
Now add methiya masala, chili powder, garam masala and water and cook til like a slurry.
Now add salt and make the chutney.

Add khicha to the sancha (fill sancha til half so you can operate hot khicha).
Make khicha sev, add chutney, cheese, coriander, oil, onion, capsicum and tomato and serve hot.
