Ingredients:

  1. 5 pieces - Dates Soaked in Warm Water for half hour
  2. 1/4 cups - Semolina
  3. - Water As Required
  4. 1/2 cups - Mawa
  5. 4 tablespoons - Paneer
  6. 6 pieces - Black Pepper
  7. 1 tablespoons - Fennel Seeds
  8. 1/4 cups - Maida
  9. 1/2 cups - Milk
  10. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  11. - Ghee To Fry
  12. 1 cups - Sugar
  13. - Water As Required
  14. 6 pieces - Kesar
  15. - Cardamom Powder
  16. - Pista Slices
  17. - Kesar
  18. - Rose Petals

Directions:

In a mixer jar, add dates and water and churn until smooth paste.
Mix rawa with dates paste and mix some water. Keep it on rest.

For Chashni
In a pan, add sugar with water and kesar. Make 1 tar chashni.

Now in a plate, take mawa and paneer mix it till smooth with hands.
Now add it to dates mixture. Add black pepper powder and fennel seeds powder.
Add maida and milk and mix it properly.
In the end mix baking soda.

Now in a pan, heat ghee.
When heated, fry the malpuas.
Now add the malpuas to chashni for 5 to 7 minutes.
Garnish and Serve.
