Brief Description

Ingredients:
- 5 whole - Egg yolks Beaten
- 1 cans - 14 oz can of condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups - Lime juice
- 1/2 - Lime zest
- 10 - Graham crackers Crushed
- 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 5 tablespoons - Butter Melted

Directions:
Filling
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. Mix well. Pour into unbaked graham cracker shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices if desired.
Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour. Watch Now.
