- 1 tablespoons - avocado oil
- 1/2 cups - chopped onion
- 1 teaspoons - minced garlic
- 16 ounces - ground beef
- 12 ounces - Italian sausage casings removed crumbled or chopped
- 1 teaspoons - Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoons - sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups - Keto Marinara or Rao’s
- 1/2 cups - heavy cream
- 3 ounces - cream cheese
- 2 ounces - mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 ounces - cheddar cheese grated
- 2 ounces - Parmesan grated
- 4 ounces - pepperoni
- 1 tablespoons - avocado oil

- 1 1/2 cups - Keto Marinara or Rao’s
- 1/2 cups - heavy cream
- 3 ounces - cream cheese
- 2 ounces - mozzarella cheese grated
- 2 ounces - cheddar cheese grated
- 2 ounces - Parmesan grated
- 4 ounces - pepperoni
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add ground beef, sausage, Italian seasoning, and salt to the skillet. Cook until the ground beef and sausage are browned, breaking the meat up with the back of a spoon as you cook.
Stir in marinara, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the cream cheese melts and the mixture heats through.
Transfer the mixture to an 8 x 8 casserole dish. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and pepperoni.
Bake for 25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
