Ingredients:

  1. 16 ounces - boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs, cooked
  2. 8 ounces - bacon cooked
  3. 2 - dill pickles chopped
  4. 1/2 - cup chopped celery
  5. 1/4 cups - cup chopped red onion
  6. 1/4 cups - cup chopped pecans
  7. 2 tablespoons - fresh dill chopped
  8. 2 - teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  9. 1 - tablespoon dijon mustard
  10. 1/2 - teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 - teaspoon pepper
  12. 2/3 cups - mayonnaise

  16. 1/2 - cup chopped celery
  17. 1/4 cups - cup chopped red onion
  18. 1/4 cups - cup chopped pecans
  19. 2 tablespoons - fresh dill chopped
  20. 2 - teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  21. 1 - tablespoon dijon mustard
  22. 1/2 - teaspoon salt
  23. 1/2 - teaspoon pepper
  24. 2/3 cups - mayonnaise

Directions:

Chop or shred the chicken. Place in a large bowl and add bacon, dill pickles, celery, red onion, pecans, and dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
