Ingredients:

  1. 1 - Onion Chopped
  2. 1 cans - Tomato with liquid Chopped
  3. 1 1/4 cups - Black eyed peas Uncooked
  4. 2 2/3 cups - Water
  5. 4 cups - Swiss chard or kale Chopped
  6. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  7. 1 teaspoons - Black pepper
  8. 1/3 cups - Peanut butter

Directions:

Put all ingredients except the peanut butter into instapot and stir well. Add peanut butter on center top making sure it doesn’t touch the side of the pot. Cook on high pressure for 36 minutes and allow to release naturally for 10 minutes. Stir before serving.
