Kentucky Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - white or dark corn syrup
  2. 3/4 cups - dark brown sugar
  3. 1/3 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  5. 2 - eggs slightly beaten
  6. 1 - 9-inch pie shell
  7. 1 cups - pecans shelled

Directions:

Combine the syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Add the slightly beaten eggs and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
