Combine Karo syrup, sugar, salt, butter & vanilla. Beat well, add eggs, beat well. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust, top with pecans & bake at 350-degrees for 45-60 minutes. May need to reduce heat. Test for doneness by shaking the pie plate, middle of pie should shake a little.
