Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 teaspoons - salt and pepper
  2. 4 - large eggs
  3. 1 - pie shell baked for 10 minutes
  4. 1/2 pounds - bacon
  5. 1 - medium onion chopped
  6. 1/4 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  7. 1/4 cups - shredded cheddar cheese
  8. 1/4 cups - shredded mozzarella cheese
  9. 1 1/2 cups - half-and-half

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp. Cook onions in grease.

Crumble bacon and spread bacon and onions over crust.

Combine and spread cheeses over.

Whisk eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper together. Pour mixture over pie shell.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
