Ingredients:

  1. 14 - Artichoke Hearts Drained, coursely chopped
  2. 4 - Cream Cheese Softened
  3. 6 - Greek Yogurt, plain
  4. 1/2 cups - Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  5. 1/2 cups - Mozarella Cheese Shredded
  6. 1 teaspoons - Garlic Salt
  7. 6 - Fresh Kale, chopped About 8-10 cups
  8. - Your Favorite Chips or Crackers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°

In a large bowl combine artichokes, cream cheese, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, and kale until completely mixed.

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish or pie plate. Cover and bake 20 minutes.

Stir and continue cooking for additional 10 minutes or until kale is cooked.

Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and continue baking uncovered for 5 minutes.

Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
