Ingredients:

  1. 1 bunches - dinosaur kale
  2. 1 1/2 - Meyer lemon
  3. 1 - pear

Directions:

Whisk together the lemon juice and olive oil.

Mix together kale and vinaigrette, then season with salt and pepper.

Plate greens and top with pears, walnuts and currants.
