Vanilla Syrup: you can buy this with coffee supplies, or make yourself. Split a quarter of a vanilla bean pod open and let it sit in 6 ounces of simple syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part warm water; mix until dissolved) for about 20 minutes. Remove vanilla pod. Sugar Cane syrup: you also can make yourself. 2 parts cane sugar and 1 part warm water and mix until dissolved.

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces - Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao Ancienne Method
- 1/2 ounces - Cruzan Signle Barrel Rum
- 1/2 ounces - Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar Cane Syrup
- 1 dashes - Orange Bitters
- 1/2 ounces - Heavy Cream
- - Freshly Ground Nutmeg
Directions:
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker, adding cream last. Shake hard with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with nutmeg.
