Julia's Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - eggs, hard boiled
  2. 1/2 cups - mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
  4. 1 tablespoons - prepared yellow mustard
  5. 1/4 cups - red onion finely diced
  6. - Salt and black pepper to taste
  7. 1 teaspoons - paprika

Directions:

Peel eggs and chop into pieces.

In bowl, mix all ingredients and stir until creamy.

Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours (or overnight) before serving.
