Juanita's Habanero Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 36 - Habanero Peppers Stems removed
  2. 2 tablespoons - Cilantro Chopped fine
  3. 4 teaspoons - Sea Salt
  4. 3/4 cups - Distilled White Vinegar

Directions:

Combine peppers, cilantro and salt in blender or food processor and process till quite smooth. Place in a clean glass jar, cover with coffee filter or paper towel held on with a rubber-band, let sit at room temperature for 24 hours. On day 2 add the vinegar. If possible, use a high powered blender when mixing in the vinegar as this will give a smoother consistency to the sauce.
