2 cups - shasta lemon OR 1/2 cup frozen lemonade and 1-1/2 cans water
1/2 cups - Martini & Ross vermouth
1 - lemon sliced
1 - orange sliced
1 - apple cored, sliced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill.
