Jessie's Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - Mayo or salad dressing
  2. 1 - Large Egg
  3. 1 1/4 cups - Soft Bread Crumbs about 2 slices
  4. 1 teaspoons - Ground mustard
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - Ground pepper
  7. 2 - Medium green onions chopped
  8. 12 - Crab meat flaked and picked through for shell
  9. 2 tablespoons - Vegetable oil
  10. 1/4 cups - Dry bread crumbs

Directions:

Mix mayo and egg in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except oil and dry bread crumbs. Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. coat each parry with dry bread crumbs. cook in oil over medium heat for about 1o mins, turning once until golden brown and hot in the center.
