Jane's Potato Soup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 bags - 30 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
  2. 3 cans - 14 oz. chicken broth
  3. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  4. 1/2 cups - chopped onions
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - ground black pepper
  6. 1 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese softened

Directions:

In a 6-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients except cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Stir in cheese, and cook 30 minutes longer, stirring occasionally until combined.
