Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoons - onion powder
- 1 tablespoons - brown sugar
- 1 tablespoons - crushed dried thyme
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground allspice
- 1 teaspoons - salt
- 1 teaspoons - cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoons - cayenne pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir well. At least 15 minutes before grilling chicken, sprinkle rub all over the chicken. Use fingers to rub spice mixture all over until meat is thoroughly coated.
