*** To substitute sherry: for 1/2 cup sherry use 1/4 cup vinegar + 1 tablespoon sugar + 1/4 cup water

Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Cranberries Fresh or frozen (12oz)
- 1 cups - Water
- 1 cups - Sugar
- 3 - Jalapeños Minced
- 2 teaspoons - Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cups - Sherry ***
Directions:
Rinse berries in cold water, removing any ugly ones, drain. Place water and sugar in saucepan stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring to a boil then add the cranberries, jalapeños and lemon juice and return to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the sherry and stir well. Remove from heat and let cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate in a glass container with a cover.
