  1. 4 pieces - Tomatoes Chopped
  2. 1 pieces - Botttle Gourd Chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons - Watermelon seeds Magajtarina bij
  4. 1 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
  5. 5 pieces - Dry Red Chilies
  6. 2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
  7. pinchs - Punjabi Garam Masala
  8. 1 teaspoons - Cumin Coriander Powder
  9. 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
  10. pinchs - Soonth
  11. 3 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
  12. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  13. 1 tablespoons - Buttter
  14. - Water As Required
  15. 1 sticks - Cinnamon
  16. 3 leaves - Bayleaf
  17. 5 pieces - Black Pepper
  18. 8 cloves - Cloves
  19. 1 tablespoons - Oil
  20. 1 teaspoons - Ghee
  21. pinchs - Kasuri Methi
  22. 1 tablespoons - Soaked Red Chili Powder
  23. 1 teaspoons - Cream
  24. 1/2 pieces - Capsicum Chopped
  25. 100 grams - Paneer Cubed
  26. 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
  27. pinchs - Punjabi Garam Masala
  28. - Salt To Taste
  29. 1 tablespoons - Ghee
  30. 1 teaspoons - Butter
  31. 2 teaspoons - Oil
  32. 1/4 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
  33. - Water As Required
  34. 2 tablespoons - Cream
  35. - Salt To Taste
  36. pinchs - Punjabi Garam Masala
  37. 1 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
  38. pinchs - Chaat Masala
  39. 1/4 teaspoons - Butter
  40. 1 teaspoons - Sugar
  41. 1 tablespoons - Paneer Grated

Directions:

For Gravy
In a pressure cooker, take tomatoes, bottle gourd, watermelon seeds, kasuri methi, dry red chilies, kitchen king masala, punjabi garam masala, coriander cumin powder, chili powder, soonth, capsicum, ghee, butter, water and khada masala and cook for 2 whistles.
Remove bayleaf and make gravy.

In a pan, add ghee, butter and oil and add kasuri methi.
Add gravy and water and cook for a while.

For Paneer
Heat ghee and oil in a pan and add kasuri methi.
Add soaked chili powder, cream, capsicum and paneer.
Add kitchen king masala, punjabi garam masala and salt and saute.

Now in the gravy, add cream, salt, punjabi garam masala, kitchen king masala, chaat masala, paneer and butter and cook for a while.
Then add sugar and grated paneer and make the sabzi.

Serve Hot.
