Ingredients:
- 4 pieces - Tomatoes Chopped
- 1 pieces - Botttle Gourd Chopped
- 2 tablespoons - Watermelon seeds Magajtarina bij
- 1 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
- 5 pieces - Dry Red Chilies
- 2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
- pinchs - Punjabi Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Cumin Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- pinchs - Soonth
- 3 tablespoons - Capsicum Chopped
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 1 tablespoons - Buttter
- - Water As Required
- 1 sticks - Cinnamon
- 3 leaves - Bayleaf
- 5 pieces - Black Pepper
- 8 cloves - Cloves
- 1 tablespoons - Oil
- 1 teaspoons - Ghee
- pinchs - Kasuri Methi
- 1 tablespoons - Soaked Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoons - Cream
- 1/2 pieces - Capsicum Chopped
- 100 grams - Paneer Cubed
- 1/2 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
- pinchs - Punjabi Garam Masala
- - Salt To Taste
- 1 tablespoons - Ghee
- 1 teaspoons - Butter
- 2 teaspoons - Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons - Kasuri Methi
- - Water As Required
- 2 tablespoons - Cream
- - Salt To Taste
- pinchs - Punjabi Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoons - Kitchen King Masala
- pinchs - Chaat Masala
- 1/4 teaspoons - Butter
- 1 teaspoons - Sugar
- 1 tablespoons - Paneer Grated
Directions:
For Gravy
In a pressure cooker, take tomatoes, bottle gourd, watermelon seeds, kasuri methi, dry red chilies, kitchen king masala, punjabi garam masala, coriander cumin powder, chili powder, soonth, capsicum, ghee, butter, water and khada masala and cook for 2 whistles.
Remove bayleaf and make gravy.
In a pan, add ghee, butter and oil and add kasuri methi.
Add gravy and water and cook for a while.
For Paneer
Heat ghee and oil in a pan and add kasuri methi.
Add soaked chili powder, cream, capsicum and paneer.
Add kitchen king masala, punjabi garam masala and salt and saute.
Now in the gravy, add cream, salt, punjabi garam masala, kitchen king masala, chaat masala, paneer and butter and cook for a while.
Then add sugar and grated paneer and make the sabzi.
Serve Hot.
