Ingredients:
- 2 bags - toasted bread crumbs
- 1 bags - carrots
- 1 bunches - celery
- 1 bags - golden onions
- 8 cloves - to 10 cloves of garlic
- 2 cans - black olives
- 2 boxes - Stove Top chicken stuffing prepared as directed on pkg.
- 2 - to 3 eggs
- 1/2 cans - (small can) chicken broth
- - melted butter
- 1 bottles - beer
- - turkey
- 2 bags - toasted bread crumbs
- 1 bags - carrots
- 1 bunches - celery
- 1 bags - golden onions
- 8 cloves - to 10 cloves of garlic
- 2 cans - black olives
- 2 boxes - Stove Top chicken stuffing prepared as directed on pkg.

- 1/2 cans - (small can) chicken broth
- - melted butter
- 1 bottles - beer
- - turkey
Directions:
Food process carrots, celery, onions, garlic and olives. Add olive oil and cook in a large pan until done.
Add toasted bread crumbs to vegetables and Stove Top. Refrigerate overnight.
Add eggs and chicken broth; should make a moist ball, not too spongy.
Stuff front and rear of turkey, under skin too. Melt butter and rub all over turkey. Pour bottle of beer over turkey in roaster pan and cover with foil.
Cook 20 minutes per pound. Take foil off for last hour.
