Italian Stuffed Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - Lean ground beef
  2. 1 cups - Quaker Oats (quick or old-fashioned) Uncooked
  3. 1 jars - 15 1/2-oz. jar Spaghetti sauce Divided use
  4. 1/2 cups - Onion Chopped
  5. 1/3 cups - Parmesan cheese Grated
  6. 1 whole - Egg Slightly beaten
  7. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  8. - 1/2-1 tsp. Pepper
  9. 1/3 cups - Any one or all of the following: sliced mushrooms, slice ripe olives, shredded mozzarella cheese, s For filling
  10. 1/2 cups - 2-oz. Mozzarella cheese Shredded - For topping
  11. - Sliced ripe olives For topping

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 350. Grease an 8-in. square baking pan.
2. For meat loaf, combine ground beef, oats, 1/2 C. spaghetti sauce, onion, Parmesan cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well.
3. Separate mixture into two equal parts. Shape each into a patty about 7-in. in diameter.
4. Place filling on one patty to within 1/2-in. of edge.
5. Top with other patty.
6. Pinch sides together to completely enclose filling; smooth edges into rounded loaf.
7. Place into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 min. or until meat is done.
8. Top loaf w/ remaining spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Garnish w/ olives.
