Ingredients:
- 1 packages - Chicken Italian sausage Cooked/Sliced
- 1 cartons - Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoons - Better Than Bouillon garlic
- 1 cups - Spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cups - Orzo
- 2 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 whole - Onion small/chopped
- 1 1/4 cups - yellow and red peppers chopped
- 2 cloves - Garlic Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons - oregano & basil each
- 1/8 teaspoons - Red pepper flake, salt, pepper To taste
- 1 packages - Chicken Italian sausage Cooked/Sliced

- 1 cups - Spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cups - Orzo
- 2 tablespoons - Butter
- 1 whole - Onion small/chopped

Directions:
Cook sausage, set aside to cool. Chop vegetables. In a stock pot, melt butter add onions and peppers, cook until tender then add garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add all spices, spaghetti sauce, bouillon and broth. Bring to boil. Add Orzo, turn down heat to simmer. Slice sausage and add to soup. Add additional salt & pepper flakes to taste.Ladle into serving bowls, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and serve with crusty italian bread.
