Italian Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pounds - ground beef
  2. 1 - small onion, chopped
  3. 3 strips - bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoons - Worcestershire sauce
  5. 2 cans - tomato sauce (15 oz. each)
  6. 1 cans - water (fill tomato sauce can with water once)
  7. 1 teaspoons - salt
  8. - dash of pepper
  9. 7 ounces - uncooked elbow macaroni
  10. 1 packages - grated Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown ground beef in large pan. Add onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper. Add uncooked macaroni. Let mixture boil until macaroni is thoroughly mixed and coated in sauce.

Pour mixture into baking dish and bake in 350°F oven about 30 minutes and until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 3-5 minutes until it melts.
