Italian Hoagie on a Stick

Ingredients:

  1. 12 - 10-inch wooden skewers
  2. 4 ounces - provolone cut into 1-inch cubes
  3. 4 ounces - cheddar cut into 1 inch cubes
  4. 4 ounces - Genoa salami rolled
  5. 4 ounces - mortadella rolled
  6. 4 ounces - sliced capicola rolled
  7. 12 - large pimiento-stuffed olives
  8. 18 - grape tomatoes
  9. 6 - small sweet Gherkins
  10. 6 - artichoke hearts in oil drained, quartered
  11. 1/2 cups - light mayonnaise
  12. 3 tablespoons - grainy mustard
  13. 2 tablespoons - honey

Directions:

Thread skewers, alternating cheese cubes and rolled meat with olives, tomatoes, gherkins and artichokes in the order you prefer.

Combine mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce.
