• You can top the bread in the middle of being cooked by coating it with egg and sprinkling season on top of it.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups - Lukewarm water warm water
- 1 tablespoons - dry yeast
- 1 tablespoons - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - salt
- 4 cups - flour
- 1 tablespoons - cornmeal
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Combine water, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix and add flour. Cover bowl with damp cloth and let it rise for 45 minutes or until doubled.
3. Pour mixture unto platter. Clean bowl and oil. Place dough in bowl and let rise for 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cookie sheet with cornmeal and pour on the sheet. Shape long and skinny. Let rise and then place in preheated oven to 450.
