Notes:
Irma's notes: I use coconut flakes rather than shredded. I toast the sunflower seeds and almonds with a bit of oil in a frying pan and add both when it says add almonds. I use closer to 1/2 cup of honey. In a 2 cup measure I put 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup honey and 1 cup boiling water. Stir till honey dissolves, then add. Sometimes add pumpkin seeds or use yellow raisins. It keeps better if cooked till dry.
