Irish Cherry Jubilee Bread Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 1 loaves - French bread Cubed
  2. 6 whole - Eggs
  3. 2 cups - Milk
  4. 1 1/2 bottles - Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer
  5. 1 cups - Heavy cream
  6. 1/4 cups - Sugar
  7. 1 cups - Cookwell & Company Cherries Jubilee Sauce
  8. 1 cups - Powdered sugar For topping glaze

Directions:

Preheat oven at 350 deg. Spray a 9X13" casserole dish w/ non-stick spray.

Beat eggs, 1/2 C heavy cream, milk, sugar, coffee creamer & Cherries Jubilee Sauce in a mixing bowl. Add cubed bread and soak for 5 min. Pour mixture into casserole & bake for 35-45 min. until bread is lightly browned. Remove from oven and poke the surface with for.

Mix remaining 1/2 C heavy cream and powdered sugar. Pour mixture over the bread pudding.

Serve hot.
