Ingredients:
- 1 loaves - French bread Cubed
- 6 whole - Eggs
- 2 cups - Milk
- 1 1/2 bottles - Irish Cream flavored coffee creamer
- 1 cups - Heavy cream
- 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Cookwell & Company Cherries Jubilee Sauce
- 1 cups - Powdered sugar For topping glaze
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 deg. Spray a 9X13" casserole dish w/ non-stick spray.
Beat eggs, 1/2 C heavy cream, milk, sugar, coffee creamer & Cherries Jubilee Sauce in a mixing bowl. Add cubed bread and soak for 5 min. Pour mixture into casserole & bake for 35-45 min. until bread is lightly browned. Remove from oven and poke the surface with for.
Mix remaining 1/2 C heavy cream and powdered sugar. Pour mixture over the bread pudding.
Serve hot.
