Ingredients:
- 3 - Chicken Breasts Cooked & Shredded
- 5 - Carrots Chopped
- 5 stalks - Celery Chopped
- 1/2 - Onion Chopped
- 3 cloves - Garlic Minced
- 1 cups - Wild Rice Uncooked
- 1 cups - White or Brown Rice Uncooked
- 8 ounces - Mushrooms Sliced
- 8 cups - Vegetable or Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 1 teaspoons - Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons - Thyme
- 6 tablespoons - Butter
- 1/2 cups - Flour
- 1 1/2 cups - 2% Milk
Directions:
Put all but the last 3 ingredients in the Instant Pot. Cook for 45 minutes on manual setting. Release steam.
When soup is done, melt the butter in a saucepan. Whisk in the flour. Let the mixture cook for a minute. Whisk in milk, a little at a time, until a smooth, thickened sauce has formed. Throw a little salt in too.
Mix the creamy sauce with the soup in the instant pot.
