Instant Pot Pulled Pork*

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tablespoons - smoked paprika
  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons - brown sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - pepper
  5. 2 pounds - pork loin
  6. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  7. 1 1/2 cups - barbeque sauce
  8. 1 cups - water
  9. - rolls

Directions:

Whisk paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper together in a small glass bowl. Add pork and toss to evenly coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 30 mins. Press Sauté. Heat oil. Cook pork in batches until browned. 5-7 mins. Pour in barbeque sauce and water. Close and lock lid. Set to cook for 60 mins. Natural release 10-40 mins. Transfer pork to a separate plate. press sauté and boil sauce until it thickens somewhat. Shred pork. return to sauce. Serve with condiments.
