Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - Pillsbury biscuits
  2. - flour for rolling
  3. - olive oil
  4. - salt and pepper
  5. 1/2 cups - mozzarella cheese shredded
  6. 1 - large tomato chopped
  7. - Desired toppings (cooked veggies, pepperoni; pineapple, ham, sausage etc)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Lightly spray 6 standard muffin cups with baking spray. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out each biscuit piece to a 6-inch round.

3. Fill each cup with 1 round of the dough, gently pressing dough into bottom and sides of cup. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Sprinkle each dough cup with 1 tablespoon each cheese and tomato.

5. Add desired toppings and another tablespoon each cheese and tomato.

6. Bake until dough is golden brown and crisp, 12 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes before removing from cups.
