Ingredients:
- 15 ounces - canned reduced-sodium chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cups - light sour cream
- 1/4 cups - apricot chutney or jam
- 1/4 cups - yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons - curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1/4 cups - minced cilantro
Directions:
Blend beans, sour cream, jam, mustard, curry and salt in a food processor until smooth; stir in cilantro.
Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables.
