Ingredients:
- 3 cups - milk of choice like almond, macadamia or coconut
- 3 tablespoons - maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground tumeric
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground ginger
- pinchs - ground black pepper
- pinchs - ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 3 cups - milk of choice like almond, macadamia or coconut
- 3 tablespoons - maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground tumeric
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons - ground ginger
- pinchs - ground black pepper
- pinchs - ground cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Use 2 cups for a sweeter, more spiced drink; use closer to 3 for a milder version. Heat mixture over medium heat to better activate the anti-inflammatory ingredients. Heat until very warm and then cool naturally without adding ice.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
Keep in airtight container up to 5 days.
