Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups - milk of choice like almond, macadamia or coconut
  2. 3 tablespoons - maple syrup
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground tumeric
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  5. 1/4 teaspoons - ground ginger
  6. pinchs - ground black pepper
  7. pinchs - ground cardamom
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  9. 3 cups - milk of choice like almond, macadamia or coconut
  10. 3 tablespoons - maple syrup
  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons - ground tumeric
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  13. 1/4 teaspoons - ground ginger
  14. pinchs - ground black pepper
  15. pinchs - ground cardamom
  16. 1/4 teaspoons - vanilla extract

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Use 2 cups for a sweeter, more spiced drink; use closer to 3 for a milder version. Heat mixture over medium heat to better activate the anti-inflammatory ingredients. Heat until very warm and then cool naturally without adding ice.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
Keep in airtight container up to 5 days.
