Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Flour
  2. 2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  4. 3/4 cups - Sugar
  5. 2 tablespoons - Cocoa
  6. 1/2 cups - Milk
  7. 2 tablespoons - Shortening melted
  8. 1 cups - Nuts chopped
  9. 1 cups - Brown Sugar
  10. 1/4 cups - Cocoa
  11. 1 3/4 cups - Hot Water

Directions:

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa. Stir in milk and shortening. Blend in nuts. Spread in a 9" square or round baking pan.

Combine the brown sugar with the cocoa and sprinkle over cake. Pour hot water over the entire batter.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
