Ingredients:
- 12 ounces - frozen cranberry juice thawed & undiluted
- 3 cups - water
- 3 cups - pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
- 1 dashes - allspice
- 1 dashes - nutmeg
- 8 - cinnamon sticks
- 8 slices - fresh lemon
- 16 whole - cloves (16-24)
- 8 - pats (1-1.5 t each) unsalted butter
Directions:
Bring cranberry juice, water, and pineapple to a boil in a large saucepan. Add ground spices. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Press 2-3 whole cloves through the rind into each lemon slice.
Ladle punch into mugs, garnishing with cinnamon, stick "stirrer", and clove-studded lemon slice. Drop pat of butter on top at last minute and serve immediately.
