Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 4 cups - cooked chicken breast cut up
  2. 1 cups - diced celery
  3. 1 cans - (small can) sliced mushrooms drained
  4. 1 cans - (small can) water chestnuts optional, sliced
  5. 1/2 cups - Hellman's mayonnaise
  6. 1 cans - cream of chicken soup
  7. 1 tablespoons - lemon juice
  8. 1 1/2 cups - crushed potato chips
  9. 1/2 cups - slivered almonds
  10. 1 cups - shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Put diced chicken, celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts in bowl.

Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice together and add to chicken mixture.

Put mixture in a greased 9-x-13-inch pan.

Crush potato chips and add the rest of the topping ingredients; sprinkle over chicken mixture.

Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees F.
