Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 8 - Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  2. 3 - Hard boiled eggs
  3. 1 cans - Cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 1/2 cups - Celery chopped
  5. 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
  6. 1 cups - Sour Cream
  7. 1 cans - Water chestnuts
  8. 1 cans - Mushroom pieces
  9. 2 tablespoons - Onion minced
  10. 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  11. 1/2 cups - Slivered almonds
  12. - Salt
  13. - Pepper
  14. 1 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded
  15. 1 cans - Durkees French onion rings

Directions:

Mix all together, except cheese and French onion rings. Put shredded cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with 1 can French onion rings.

1 put in a 9x13 glass casserole.
