Ingredients:
- 8 - Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 3 - Hard boiled eggs
- 1 cans - Cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups - Celery chopped
- 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
- 1 cups - Sour Cream
- 1 cans - Water chestnuts
- 1 cans - Mushroom pieces
- 2 tablespoons - Onion minced
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1/2 cups - Slivered almonds
- - Salt
- - Pepper
- 1 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cans - Durkees French onion rings
Directions:
Mix all together, except cheese and French onion rings. Put shredded cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with 1 can French onion rings.
1 put in a 9x13 glass casserole.
