Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 4 - Whole chicken breasts cooked and cubed
  2. 3 - Hard boiled eggs chopped
  3. 1 cans - Cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 1/2 cups - Celery diced
  5. 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
  6. 1 cups - Sour Cream
  7. 1 cans - Water chestnuts drained and sliced
  8. 1 cans - Mushroom pieces drained (4 oz)
  9. 2 tablespoons - Dried onion minced
  10. 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
  11. 1/2 cups - Almonds slivered
  12. 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
  13. 1 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded
  14. 1 cans - French fried onion rings

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cheese and onion rings. Pour in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle onion rings. Bake 15 more minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
