Ingredients:
- 4 - Whole chicken breasts cooked and cubed
- 3 - Hard boiled eggs chopped
- 1 cans - Cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups - Celery diced
- 1/2 cups - Mayonnaise
- 1 cups - Sour Cream
- 1 cans - Water chestnuts drained and sliced
- 1 cans - Mushroom pieces drained (4 oz)
- 2 tablespoons - Dried onion minced
- 2 tablespoons - Lemon juice
- 1/2 cups - Almonds slivered
- 1/4 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1 cups - Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cans - French fried onion rings
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and onion rings. Pour in 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle onion rings. Bake 15 more minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
